COD women’s soccer fought hard in their home opener against the Lake County Lancers on Sept. 4. Despite taking 12 shots on goal, the Chaps failed to find a good offensive rhythm and only put away one goal. The Lancer combated the Chaps with 18 shots on goal and finished the game with two goals. COD finished the game with a loss and 1-2 record.
