A student event featuring college President Robert Breuder has been rescheduled for March 24, according to student body President Stephanie Torres. Dubbed “Pizza with the President,” the event was supposed to coincide with the College of DuPage Adjunct Association’s March 11 trustee candidate forum.

“We thought it was best, judging the timing of events,” Torres said, “it would have really been tight.”

Torres and her fellow SLC members are helping the CODAA set up and clean up for the event.

The March 24 date is  tentative as the SLC must wait until the president confirms the date.

Torres hopes that the event can happen before the upcoming board of trustee elections.

“That way, students can ask questions about it or anything else,” Torres said.
