The COD men’s volleyball team played their first game of the season against Trinity Christian College (Ill) on Jan. 28 and won 3-1. The set scores were 25-23, 25-19, 19-25 and 25-19. The first set was a close game, but the later sets show each team winning by wider margins.
Their win-loss record at the end of this game was 1-0. The Chaps took to the road for the Monroe Tournament in New Rochelle, N.Y. and swept their competition. With five more wins under their belt, the Chaps are now 6-0. Their next home game is against North Park University, on Feb. 11 at 6 p.m.
