The Chaparrals played against Madison College on Feb. 20 for the last regular season game of the 2024-25 season. The team also held a special ceremony to honor their sophomore players.
COD was in a winning position the entire game, always having a decent margin lead. It was also announced during a timeout that sophomore Braylen Meredith scored 1,000 points in his career for COD. Meredith was the seventh player in school history to hit that mark.
COD went on to win 81-68 and left the season with a 21-9 record. Currently they are getting ready to play in the NJCAA Region IV tournament on Feb. 27 at 7:00PM at COD.
